Unwanted Goods

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, for a refund. Send the items back to us at the address listed on the packing slip/dispatch note you received with your order. You must return the product to us unused and in good condition. Postage and packing fees are non- refundable. To return your goods, please use the below address.

Faulty Goods

If you would like to exchange any items, please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us either by a personalized prepaid return label or by refunding your return postage costs up to 1st class postage only We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event, we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired, we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show on your account.

In the event of returning a product, please call the Customer Service Team on Phone Number: 02033074474 (Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm) or email: cs@newfeelltd.co.uk As soon as we receive the returned unopened item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item. We will usually refund any money received from you for the Products using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Products. The amount we will refund to you will be the product value, minus any discount, which has been divided proportionately across the total value of your original order. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day, we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via letter or email that you were entitled to a refund of the price of the Products.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of Cancellation of the order please contact our customer service number as soon as possible, to stop the order from being dispatched, so as to get the full refund. If the order has been dispatched then we will have to wait till we receive the order back from you to initiate the refund process. Once we have got the order back, the refund will be processed, for all the unopened boxes without postage and packaging in the next 2-3 business days, in your account. If you have cancelled the order before it has been dispatched then you are entitled to a full refund in 1-2 business days from the time the order has been cancelled.
